About the role:
- Home support is an early help and prevention service for citizens (50+) that enables and provides the support and practical assistance an individual may need in their day-to-day life to live at home with confidence, in good health, independently and safely.
- Services are delivered in 4 of the 13 Powys localities.
- The post holder will contribute to the contract management of project funded services and the development of new services.
About you:
- Ability to communicate and liaise with partners and stakeholders to help the development of new and existing Home Support services.
- Ability to gather, collate and analyse both quantitative and qualitative data effectively.
- A commitment to person-centred services which offer equality of opportunity and balance the needs of vulnerable adults and their families whilst obtaining the best value for the Council.
What you will do:
- Work closely with the Strategic Commissioning Manager and Project Officer.
- Support, monitor and develop the existing Home Support services.
- Support development of the wider programme, including communication and liaison with stakeholders and partners.
- Gather, collate, and analyse both quantitative and qualitative data to measure service impact and inform service development.
- Draft reports on the project.
- Convene, facilitate and/or administer project and working groups.
