Position: Cover Supervisor
About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you play a pivotal role in maintaining the continuity of education in secondary schools within Swindon, Wiltshire area. Your responsibilities include stepping into the classroom when teachers are absent, providing supervision, and ensuring students remain engaged with pre-prepared lesson plans. You will be managing behaviour, dealing with diverse range of subject, handling ad-hoc scheduling.
