What you will do in your working day

• Provide healthy and freshly produced meals and beverages
• Assist the Head Chef in the preparation, cooking, service clearing and cleaning of the catering equipment and kitchen environment within the required standards, ensuring hygiene and safety measures are maintained
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment within a prescribed time frame
• You will be required to lift, move, and handle equipment

The training you will be getting

Intermediate Level 2 Apprentice Chef, including NVQ and functional skills maths and English. Work based learning.
