Job description

My client is an interesting and rapidly growing Coventry based manufacturing business who are looking for a Financial Accountant on a permanent basis.

You will be joining the business at a very interesting stage in their growth journey and you will play an instrumental part working alongside the CFO and the wider finance team.

The role itself will provide a fantastic development opportunity for the right individual. You will possess strong technical accounting skills and will have manufacturing experience.

You will be responsible for the following amongst other things:

External financial reporting including under IFRS
Debt management reporting including covenants
Supporting month end close, and consolidation
Implementing new standard management reporting pack, and managing budget and business planning processes
Day to day accounting for various holding companies
Audit coordination
Streamlining daily financial reporting, replacing spreadsheets with ERP reports

This role requires an individual who will be comfortable working in a fast paced and demanding manufacturing environment where you will partner some real experts in their field.

To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) and MUST have experience in a manufacturing setting.

This role requires 5 days a week on-site with periodic travel to other sites.
