We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR Advisory & Business Partnering Team. This is a highly visible role with full exposure to the senior management team of the directorates you support, so the ability to build credibility through solid working relationships and influence is a must. You’ll be a HR generalist with the ability to act in a strategic capacity. You’ll be resilient with strong skills to support restructuring, change management, TUPE and complex employee relations casework.
Key responsibilities will include working with service and senior managers to improve business performance and applying professional judgement on employment relations issues operating within best practice and organisational policy to manage risk effectively.
