KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take responsibility for the management and co-ordination of client work as delegated by the Partners
- Manage risk exposure in accordance with the firm's policies and procedures
- Ensure all clients receive a high quality, timely and professional service to meet their needs
- Delegate to and actively supervise the work of more junior staff as appropriate
- Within the team/firm strategy, contribute proactively to the development and implementation of global employment law business development plans
- Build the firm's know-how and external reputation through regular seminars/writing of articles/presentations etc
- Responsibility for achieving target hours
- Demonstrate a good understanding of key financial indicators by educating others
- Identify, discuss and implement changes/improvements to the way the practice runs
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 7 years+ PQE with Jersey, Guernsey and/or UK qualification
- Proven experience in employment law, especially in litigation and financial services
