Our primary schools in Harlow are seeking passionate and versatile Year 1 Teachers to join our team immediately. About Us: As a Year 1 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Key Responsibilities: - As a Year 1 Teacher, you will plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that align with the national curriculum.
- Provide effective classroom management and create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their academic development.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the holistic development of students.
- Implement strategies to promote social and emotional well-being and foster a love of learning in Year 1 students.
Requirements: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Year 1 or in early years education is preferred but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching for young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for enhancing teaching and learning experiences.
