Science Teacher – The Role
- Full-time, Mon – Fri
- £30,000 – £41,333 per annum
- Shortlisting now for September 2024
- Deliver a broad, balanced and differentiated curriculum
- Teach Science to a high standard
- Act as a form tutor and monitor the progress of students
- Motivate students to engage and thrive in your subject
- Plan lessons, develop resources and syllabuses
Science Teacher – Experience and Qualifications
- QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree
- Teaching experience at secondary level
- Able to implement effective teaching strategies
- Knowledge of National Curriculum requirements at KS3 and KS4
- Able to write lesson plans, develop resources and assess students’ work
- Ability to motivate students and raise their aspirations
