The Role
The firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor (1-3 PQE) to join their flourishing office situated in the heart of London's legal district.
This team is among the finest in the UK - recognised for its work by the Legal 500. As a result, you will gain exposure to some of the highest-quality work and access to an enviable client base.
The work that the Property Litigation Department does is broad; they advise concerning commercial, residential and mixed-use schemes and development disputes .
The team covers all landlord and tenant issues including rent arrears, forfeiture, lease renewals, dilapidations claims, and service charge disputes, they also have experience in rent review , insolvency, real estate disputes and property-related professional negligence claims.
