Assistant Estimator - Leicester
If you're an Assistant Estimator and are looking to work for an organisation that offers a varied scope of projects within the East midlands residential build sector, then this is the role for you.
Responsibilities And Duties
Prepare bill of quantities and/or schedules of work
Analyse tender documentation to identify scope and packages of work required including materials and sub packages to be sent out for enquiry
Prepare tender queries
Produce enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers
Personal Skills
Excellent communications skills both written and oral
Experience as an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor
Construction related degree (Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying)
The Assistant Estimator role comes with a salary of up to £37,500 plus package.
