Senior Service Advisor
- Salary: £30k Basic + £38k+ Uncapped OTE
- Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor in the Woking area.
Our client is an Automotive Car Dealership and they are seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join their busy Service Advisor.
For your hard work as a Senior Service Advisor for our Client, you can expect a salary with up to £38,000.
Duties as a Senior Service Advisor will include:
- Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle
- Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
- Update Customers and Vehicle Records
- Part of this Service Advisor role will include preparing and completing Invoices
- Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work
Our Client is ideally seeking Senior Service Advisors who have previous working experience within a Main Dealer environment.
To be successful in this Senior Service Advisor role you will be customer-focused and have the ability to upsell effectively.
