Your new role As an Assistant Accountant, you will have day-to-day responsibilities. These will include;
- Reporting and reconciling both the Sales and Purchase Ledgers.
- Completing Bank Reconciliations and posting journals.
- Preparing annual budgets and completing the year-end analysis.
- Reporting on debtors and creditors.
- Assisting with month-end procedures.
What you'll need to succeed - Experience in an Assistant Accountant/Accounts Assistant role.
- Great attention to detail and communication skills.
- A working knowledge of Excel and month-end procedures.
