Hydrovien part of OCU Northavonare looking for a selfmotivated and experienced Delivery Manager to assist with the management of water contracts based out of our Taunton office
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager looking to make the next step in their career with a fast moving and growing company (OCU Group) at the forefront of the utilities industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
Communication between client designers and customers.
Responsible for productivity compliance & achieving costs.
Operations liaison and planning.
Management of gangs and support teams.
Efficient procurement of vehicles plant and materials.
TMA liaison obtaining quotations and noticing requirements.
Managing customer complaints and closeouts.
Weekly planning track sheets record keeping and resource bookings as required.
Weekly site inspections for HSE & quality.
Development and production of RAMS as required.
Issuing permits to dig drill and under pressure works.
CAT champion and mentoring as required with team.
Manage subcontractors on site.
Solve site problems and report to PM.
Maintain site records & raise any additional works with the Commercial Team.
Closeout paperwork and job pack at end of schemes.
Material call offs & ordering.
Skills and Experience
SMSTS.
NRSWA Supervisors.
NVQ Level 4 Desirable.
Temporary Works CoOrdinator/Appointed Person Desirable.
SHEA Water & Hygiene.
Microsoft office suite fluent.
Strong Safety Background.
Utility experience Trenchless Methodologies preferable.
WIAPS.
EUSR Safe Control of Mains Connections Water.
