Job description

Brook Street has a permanent job opportunity for a Stores Operator to join a fantastic, growing company in the Caerphilly area.

The successful candidate will be working Monday-Wednesday 07:00-17:00 and Thursday 07:00-16:30, with every Friday off!

Duties:

• Maintain warehouse & stock systems
• Maintain a detailed storage system of components received and despatched
• To conduct stock takes to ensure correct company stock figures
• Ensure quality of items being allocated for delivery
• Receipt goods and check against paperwork
• Update records on systems for outgoing stock
• Deal with any discrepancies quickly and efficiently
• Stock takes
• Loading / unloading and lifting operations are carried out safely
• The packing and despatch of goods with all required documentation

Requirements:

• Ideally a Current Forklift Licence required
• Warehouse & stock experience of 2 years
• Computer literate
