The Head of Employee experience role reports directly to the Chief People Officer and sits on the PXC People Leadership team. Working across all business areas, focusing on areas including OD, EDI, Internal Comms & Engagement, People Policies, Wellbeing and Talent management. You will work hand-in-hand with Talent Acquisition, Reward & Benefits and Learning and Development to holistically deliver an incredible employee experience so people can do their best work. You will be a trusted thought partner and People Business Partner to the CPO and the broader People team.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead the People Business partnering, Internal Communications & Engagement, Health & Safety and People policy team developing strategy, delivering plans, building capability and leading change throughout the organisation.
Define and embed the employee experience with the creation of a new employee value proposition, using innovation and design thinking systems to achieve our vision of being the UK’s best company to work for.
Develop and implement an EDI strategy that promotes diversity, builds an inclusive culture, and ensures equal opportunity across the organisation.
Accountable for organisational design through a multiyear transformational change journey ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness .
Accountable for the People strategy on all new M&A and complex People programmes, including TUPE and collective consultation requirements.
Define and embed the new PlatformX Communications people culture, ensuring internal communications and engagement strategies tune into the voice of the employee, ensuring we invest in the experiences that have the greatest impact to unlock individual, team, and business performance , enhancing employee engagement and well-being.
Owns the talent management lifecycle, ensuring People business partners embed talent management in their business areas ensuring diverse talent pipelines and career growth opportunities.
Provide guidance and counsel on complex people-related issues, ensuring compliance with employment regulations and best practices. Oversee compliance with employment / labour laws and regulations, maintaining ethical and legal HR practices.
What do I need to deliver this role:
Experience in a senior HR role, creating strategy, delivering big people initiatives across a complex business, preferably within telecommunications or technology industries.
Expert in organisational design and effectiveness, transformational change and M&A, TUPE and collective consultation. With the ability to design and implement and engage at pace.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organisation.
