This may include regional projects but will predominantly focus on creating new capabilities that can be shared across the whole of TUI Airline.
You will work closely with the responsible business sponsor and manage all aspects of a successful programme implementation, including but not limited to prioritizing initiatives against the overall strategy, allocating available project resources for the greater good, liaising with internal and external stakeholder relationships, ensuring that deviances against the respective project baseline are escalated to the appropriate governance level and decided upon, balancing delivery priorities and constraints and managing projects/portfolios interdependencies. You will also be expected to work closely with other members of the Transformation & Change team.
Your success will be measured by delivering the TUI Airline long term strategy and the achievement of budgeted project benefits. We currently support Engineering & Maintenance, Airline Operations, Ground Operations, In-flight Services, Supplier Management & Procurement, Flight Operations, Sustainability, Finance and TUI Spirit and liaise with TUI Airline IT, Data Science and HR.
You will ensure high delivery standards and performance of your project teams, you will plan, direct, and oversee all deliverables and own both internal and external stakeholder relationships within your programmes.
You will manage a demand pipeline of planned and unplanned business projects/initiatives and participate in the business’ three-year planning and annual budgeting processes.
