The post holder will work collaboratively with all members of the multidisciplinary team to promote, develop and evaluate the service within Walsall Hospitals NHS Trust thus ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
The post holder will work collaboratively with all members of the multidisciplinary team to promote, develop and evaluate the clinical respiratory service within Walsall Hospitals NHS Trust thus ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
The post holder will be working across a variety of hospital settings including outpatient clinics, admission avoidance, helpline, HEP C care in the community along with inpatient reviews and care planning.

To provide an autonomous general gastroenterology service using advanced clinical judgement and knowledge of the specialty.
To take responsibility for own evidence based practice and implement and add to the body of knowledge that supports nursing practice within general liver disease.
To lead and innovate nursing practice within Gastroenterology both within the Trust and through local networks.
To develop general liver disease guidelines, protocols and policies for the Trust.
To develop all staff within the multidisciplinary team, providing support, advice, formal and informal education.
