Job Title: Qualified SEMH Teacher
Location: Newham
Salary Scale: £150-£200 per day
Start Date: ASAP
GSL Education London are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs Teacher with a focus on Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH)to join one of our dynamic schools in Newham .
Key Requirements:
- Must hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)from the UK.
- Experience in working with children with SEMH needs.
- A strong understanding of the UK curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Qualified SEMH Teacher-SEMH Needs- Education
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of children with SEMH.
- Assess and record the progress of pupils’ learning to inform next steps.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share new ideas, approaches and professional knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress.
