Job description

What you will do in your working day

• Repairs, including electrical, plumbing and all equipment.
• Preventive maintenance (checks and tests on all equipment.
• including fire alarms, electrical, laundry, medical, furniture, water hygiene, kitchen, etc.)

Training Provider: BROMLEY COLLEGE OF FURTHER AND HIGHER EDUCATION

On programme Training:

o   Level 2 Property Maintenance Apprenticeship Standard

o   Level 1 and/or 2  Functional Skills in Maths and English

o   Institute of Apprenticeship Certificate

End-Point Assessment

o   Synoptic practical assessment

o   Synoptic knowledge assessment

o   Interview
