Job description

• Position: Maintenance Operative
• Hourly Rate:£10.42 per hour
• Location:Brighton
• Hours: 2 days per week 10am-4pm

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to assist a shared office space in Hove who are looking for someone to work on a part time basis carrying out maintenance duties. This is a temporary position working 2 days per week.

Duties will include:

• Gardening, lawn mowing, weeding
• Drain clearing
• Painting
• Cleaning (if required)
• Fixing locks
• Other maintenance duties where required
