Halesowen is bordered by green belt with good access to the countryside. It is well connected being close to junction 3 on the M5 and 7 miles from Birmingham city centre.

We are a 3.5 vet practice with 2 RVN's, 1 SVN's, 1 experienced ANA, 5 client care advisors and a Practice Manager (RVN). We are a dynamic practice with surgery certificate holders amongst our vets and so we aim to offer a very high standard of care for our patients across a wide range of cases. We are also happy to support all team members with opportunities for further development and a certificate, or an interest in doing one in the future, would be an advantage.
The position is full time based on 40 hours per week although fewer hours or part time applicants may be considered. Hours will include a fair weekend rota of just 1 in 4 Saturdays, and Bank Holidays on a shared rota basis.

You will have a good experience of working within a Veterinary Practice, excellent customer service and communication skills, be an effective team player and able to use your own initiative when required. You are friendly, organised and down-to-earth, have a genuine interest in animal welfare and enjoy the variety provided by the clients and colleagues alike. You will not necessarily need to have experience with the broad range of cases seen in the practice but would need to be a fast learner who is keen to get involved in all parts of the job.

In return we can we offer a supportive and friendly working environment where you can learn and continue your journey as being a veterinary nurse!

Our offer;
• Flexible hours with No OOH
• Competitive Salary - dependent on experience from £23,800-£30,100
• Enhanced holiday of 6.6 weeks
• Day off for your birthday
• Memberships paid
• Generous CPD allowance
