About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Workspace Co-ordinator to join our team based in Oldham, on a 9-month fixed term contract. This is a full-time role working within the office, covering the core operational hours of 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Regional Workspace Manager you will deliver high quality front of house services and support the delivery of effective and efficient Workspace services for Guinness ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will act as the first point of contact to customers, colleagues and building users and demonstrate the Guinness behaviours, presenting a welcoming impression to all visitors, so it is essential for you to be able to build strong working relationships with internal and external customers and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to ensure the timely and effective supply of Workspace Management services including deliveries and office supplies.

This role also requires a wider range of skills such as general administration duties, testing of fire alarms and other building services to ensure compliance standards and measures are met.
