Chef — REF: ADV/11606/2022/1
All the permanent Chef roles offer the following (unless stated differently):
- Employed as a full-time PAYE member of staff.
- Salaries are paid monthly.
- Basic salary ranges from £26,500 to £30,000 (depending on experience).
- Additional service charge is paid monthly (ranging from £200 - £400 extra per month).
- 5 Day working week, (contracted for 48 hours).
- Working breakfast, lunch, dinner shifts in a busy kitchen environment.
- Free parking at all sites.

- Chef de Partie - From £26,500 basic annual salary.
- Pastry Chef de Partie - From £26,500 basic annual salary.
- Junior Sous - £28,000 to £30,000 basic annual salary.

Requirements
All Chef applicants must:
- Be eligible to live and work in the UK.
- Be able to work full-time hours required by the role.
- Have valid UK passport or settlement status or work visa.
- Have own reliable transport to get to interview and work every day.
- Must be able to attend interview and trade test / kitchen trial on-site.
- Must live in the West Sussex region or relocating to the area.
