Job Title : Resourcing Advisor

Venn Group's specialist HR division are pleased to be recruiting for a Recruitment Officer within a well-established public sector organisation in West Yorkshire. The post holder must have strong communication skills and be comfortable with creating and evaluating job descriptions.

The successful candidate will have experience providing a high quality of recruitment support for line managers. Any CIPD qualifications or NHS experience would also greatly benefit an application.

Your duties will include:

• Working closely with recruiting managers, building relationships and understanding of business areas and their resourcing needs, and supporting all resourcing activities in a proactive and professional manner
• Provide advice and guidance to recruiting managers on appropriate routes to market, sourcing and candidate management and appropriate attraction material
• Responsible for delivering and overseeing the full end to end recruitment service to the organisation, working closely with recruiting managers in identifying, understanding and responding to their recruitment, selection, induction and on-boarding requirements.
• Provide strong and accurate candidate messaging and ensure consistency
• To ensure that all employment checks are documented and carried out in accordance with the NHS Employers Employment Check Standards and NHS
• Resolution Recruitment and Selection Policy
