Job description

e are looking for a Senior Healthcare Assistant in the Dunstable area. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a passion for helping others and a strong understanding of healthcare regulations.

Salary: 13.51 Night Shift 3 on & 3 off 8am till 8pm

Job overview for Senior Care Assistant:

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing dressing and eating.
  
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
  
• Monitor vital signs and document changes in patients condition.
  
• Administer medications as prescribed by a physician.
  
• Maintain resident records and reports.
  
• Assisting junior staff with any queries that they may have

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  
• 12 months experience as senior or team leader
