The Employer is: INSTITUTE FOOTBALL CLUB. The Schools Participation Coach for Waterside & Faughan will play an important role in delivering professional, structured, and enjoyable sports sessions for local school children. Researching new school locations for additional sessions. Contacting potential and existing school Principals and teaching staff. .

Responsibilities

• Grow presence of a new community arm of the club in the key areas.
• Coaching football and multi-sports.
• Organising mascots and half-time games at NIFL fixtures.
• Arranging schools competitions.
• Planning and delivering age-appropriate coaching sessions.
• Administration and organisation of coaching sessions in schools.
• Liaising and communicating with school and Club staff.
• Planning and scheduling of tournament and events.
• Budgeting and costings of activities.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Good people, communication and leadership skills are crucial.
• You need to be personable, approachable and be able to build relationships with participants of all ages.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Further Information

The Employer is: INSTITUTE FOOTBALL CLUB. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Enhanced Access NI check will be required. Club uniform will be provided.
