Job description
Care In My Home is a leading domiciliary provider and due to growth we are looking for a Field care supervisor to be based in our office in Kelvedon
The main purpose of this role is to ensure that we drive the business to meet the CHLOE standards for CQC and to supervise operational staff ensuring quality and consistency of service provision at all times.
Ensure that all customer carplans and risk asssessments are reviewd on a regular basis.
Carry out Spot checks on staff, ensuring duties have been carried out to the highest standard possible
To assist and provide additional support to the local office as and when required including covering calls in emergencies and partaking in on call duties.
Liaise with customers and/or their families, social services and other professionals to ensure the appropriate service and legal requirements are met at all times.
