A prominent leader in the Employee Benefits sector, is seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join their team as an Employee Benefits Associate Consultant. With over 400 employees nationwide and a specialised Employee Benefits team of 60, they are dedicated to providing excellent service to clients.

The Role: As an Employee Benefits Associate Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert advice to clients and contributing to the success of the EB team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the pod-based team and supporting consultants in delivering exceptional service to clients.
- Assisting with client implementations, remedial work, and audit projects.
- Staying informed about industry developments and changes to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional employee benefits services.
- Working closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in an Associate Consultant role within the Employee Benefits sector.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a pod-based team structure.
- CII qualifications are desirable.
