Graduate BREEAM Consultant | Greater Manchester | Permanent Ref: DB2042 Competitive Salary Plus Benefits A brilliant opportunity for a Graduate BREEAM Consultant to join a well-established, multi-disciplinary building services engineering consultancy. The successful candidate will work across a range of sectors such as, commercial, residential, industrial, retail and leisure. Graduate BREEAM Consultant Requirements: Degree or Master's in building services, sustainability, energy or similar Knowledge of BREEAM Brilliant time management and organisational skills Knowledge of Building Regulations, energy codes and planning requirements throughout the UK Excellent communication skills and attention to detailGraduate BREEAM Consultant Duties: Liaise with design team, statutory authorities, and contractors Support BREEAM Assessments from planning through to completion Produce energy/sustainability statements and strategies Assist with early design modelling looking at passive design measuresOur client is offering a competitive starting salary, along with excellent benefits package including but not limited to; pension, flexible working, private health care and generous holiday allowance.
