Responsibilities:
- Defines the risks of the program (i.e. specs, costs, planning) and develops scenarios to overcome these risks.
- Directs employees and gives them operational guidance
- Implementation and realization according to project plans (specification, quality, time, money, information) and organization.
- Reports on the progress of the program with an agreed frequency on quality, status, time, and costs to senior management and to program members.
- Ensures that there is an effective transfer and archiving of the program results and the associated knowledge.
- Achieve highly predicable integration project schedules
- Reports on employees’ performance to the hierarchical superior of the employees for the purpose of appraisal.
- Drive a project management transformation program into all areas of the organization.
- Challenge others to question traditional ways of working, overcome barriers to change and to adapt quickly to new, changing environments.
- Maintains a climate of trust, openness, honesty and objectivity and role models a can-do mentality.
- Demonstrated experience in holding stakeholders accountable for their commitments to the project.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering Discipline
- 10+ years of direct project and program management experience, schedule management (including tools, such as MS Project, Celoxis, Monday.com, Azure DevOps or equivalent) in a regulated Design Control environment
- Experience with managing Class II or III device projects

- Demonstrated experience in managing/improving software and hardware development performance.
- Experience in leading developing/design transfer/commercialize of complex electro-mechanical devices and mobile software solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional team meetings, management updates and internal development review meetings.
Preferred Requirements:
- Master's degree
- PMP and/or Agile Scrum Master certification
