Full-time and Part-time Roles Available
At Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve, we are looking for an experienced Pizza Chef to join our Babydolls Wood-Fired Pizza Restaurant on a permanent basis.
Our chefs prepare fresh sourdough pizza, pasta dishes and seasonal salads in front of our guests in the Babydolls open kitchen. We love that our sourdough is made from scratch in-house and left for 24 hours, before we top with the finest Italian olive oil, tomato sauce and buffalo mozzarella.
Who are we looking for: It essential for the successful candidate to have previous experience making fresh, wood-fired pizzas in a similar, fast paced environment. You will ensure that your section is set and that you are following set recipes and specifications on dishes and functions. You will be able to assist the kitchen with prep, cooking, and cleaning tasks, along with the upkeep of the kitchen.
Contract details:
Service charge is in addition to salary and pro-rated to working hours. We have various permanent positions available, including full-time and part-time positions. Working hours are up to 45 hours per week depending on occupancy, with a job share considered.
