Service Scheduler - Aylesbury
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Service Scheduler to join our busy installations client based in Aylesbury.
Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm or 9am-5pm Salary: up £27,000 (DOE) The main purpose of the role is to efficiently plan and schedule engineers' diaries for repair works, to ensure that each engineer is able to deliver maximum productivity.
Duties: - Liaising with customers, to arrange Reactive and planned attendance, requesting cost authorisation as required, calling clients to arrange access, checking clients' details, updating system records, and confirming attendance via email.
- Co-ordinating the ordering and dispatching of parts to engineers
- Answering Key Account customer calls /email's and enquiries via required portal regarding Reactive Maintenance and PPM's, meeting clients individual SLAs
- Providing a high level of customer service answering general enquiries via telephone/email promptly, showing empathy and prioritising attendance as necessary
- Liaising with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensuring the 'Service Inbox' is actioned promptly with customers called back same day
- Raising Purchase Orders and Process Invoices
- Dealing with customer complaints and escalating when necessary
Requirements: - Excellent Customer service experience
- Great attention to detail
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Computer literate
