IT Support Engineer – Active Directory, Azure, Windows, M365, Backups, Hardware
Are you looking for an internal IT support role?
This vacancy is to join an established organisation in Stockport supporting enterprise level software whilst working closely with the Head of IT to maintain business continuity.
You’ll be working with: - Office/Microsoft 365
- Active Directory/ AzureAD
- Virtualisation
- Hardware
- Backups
Day to day you’ll be: - Providing 1st & 2nd line support to internal staff via phone, email, deskside or remotely across the group.
- Taking full ownership of incidents and ensuring they are quickly escalated/ prioritised appropriately in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintaining the continuity of applications and systems
- Working closely with users to resolve queries
- Diagnosing and resolving general software and hardware issues
- Installing and configuring software applications
- Managing backups
