Job description

Milton Keynes, Hybrid 

Part-time (salary pro rata for 31 hours a week)

 

We are looking for a motivated and focused Procurement Assistant to join our clients team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This role is vital to provide support to their Legal & Procurement team by efficiently coordinating the purchasing and delivery of goods required including managing contract agreements. 

 

Responsibilities include;

Assisting in the end to end management of the procurement process, and taking ownership of specific tasks.

Preparing contract agreements and being responsible for document recording and management to audit standards.

Setting up suppliers and associated due diligence checks and support on the tender process ad manage the clarification and evaluation process. 

Liaise with internal customers and suppliers daily. 

 

Skills required;

Good organisational and tie keeping skills.

Experience with an E-procurement system. 

Experience reviewing contracts.
