Job description
A financial services client based in Coventry is looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel to join their well-regarded in-house team.
The role is predominantly remote with 1 day per week from the Coventry office.
The Senior Legal Counsel role includes advising on a broad spectrum of legal issues but will have a focus on advising stakeholders on commercial contracts and ensuring that such contracts are negotiated in accordance with regulatory requirements and the groups risk appetite.
Key responsibilities will include:
Applications are sought from Senior Lawyers with a minimum of 5 years PQE who have broad commercial law experience and who have previously worked in-house. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to work to tight deadlines is also key
