Role Overview: Marketing Manager
We’re seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our growing team, with a specific focus on our Enterprise partners encompassing predominantly the travel sector, which includes airlines, airports, online travel agents, car hire, etc. But also other verticals such as Fintech, for example Neobanks.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be the go-to marketing expert, crafting tailored marketing strategies, supporting partner onboarding, and collaborating seamlessly with Customer Success for ongoing partner success. Day to day you will work closely with the Sales team on account-based marketing and lead generation efforts, contributing to the acceleration of our impact in this rapidly growing market.
Responsibilities
Marketing strategy: Work collaboratively with the Head of Marketing and Sales stakeholders to craft and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored for Enterprise partners. Play a key part in driving sustained growth by implementing lead generation initiatives and delivery effective account-based marketing tactics.
Product & customer understanding: Cultivate an in-depth knowledge of eSIM Go products and a detailed understanding of the Enterprise customer base. Embrace the role of a product enthusiast and effectively convey the value proposition.
Market research: Take the lead in conducting market and customer research to gather essential data on target personas, positioning, messaging, and creative elements. Develop strategic A/B tests based on insights to continually refine and validate our marketing approach.
Campaign development & messaging: Collaborate with the broader marketing team to craft compelling marketing campaigns (email, digital advertising, etc) that align seamlessly with our brand identity and overarching marketing objectives. Develop value propositions, elevator pitches, and customer-facing messaging to resonate with audiences.
Asset & content creation: Coordinate the delivery of marketing assets and promotional materials. Work closely with our in-house content team to generate marketing and sales collateral, presentations, videos, case studies, articles, and blog posts.
Performance tracking & reporting: Track and report key performance metrics related to marketing activities. Work with our data team to analyse these metrics, identify trends, and propose actionable strategies to continuously enhance overall performance.
Event planning and attendance: Organise our participation in and represent the company at relevant events. Working closely with Sales and Customer Success, explore innovative approaches to enhance customer relationships, including organising events or training.
Industry trends & competitive analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within the marketing space. Conduct thorough competitor analysis and continually monitor competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation and sustainable growth.
Partner onboarding and success: Act as the key marketing contact for Enterprise partners during the onboarding process, guiding them through the development of go-to-market (GTM) plans from a marketing perspective. Ensure ongoing success by providing continuous support in sharing valuable knowledge, expertise, and success stories. Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team for an integrated approach to customer support and marketing excellence.
Qualifications / experience
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Demonstrable experience at a similar level in B2B marketing, tech / startup environment experience beneficial
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that resulted in business growth. Considerable experience with hands-on execution of marketing concepts and strategies across various channels.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools platforms, ideally Hubspot
Exceptional communication, proofreading and presentation skills, with internal and external stakeholders
Strong project management and organisational skills
Strong storytelling ability, with experience in building and scaling product value proposition globally to drive growth
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends.
Be a self-starter who embraces opportunities, with a desire and commitment to succeed
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven track record of running successful integrated campaigns with a tangible contribution to revenue/pipeline
Excellent knowledge of digital product funnels, user segmentation, A/B testing and marketing analytics
Have experience working with Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads.
