Property Litigation Solicitor - We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded Top 200 and Chambers ranked law firm who are looking to expand their litigation team with a senior figure. This long-established practice with multiple offices, are now seeking a further senior Property Litigation Solicitor to join their southwest London office.

About the Role
This experienced and robust team of litigators are now looking for a further member to join their team. You will undertake a broad range of property litigation work, which will include:
- Landlord and tenant
- Construction disputes
- Development disputes
- Property insolvency
- Trespass claims
- Professional negligence

Candidate Requirements
This position is ideally suited to experienced Property Litigation Lawyer who is seeking a change or an otherwise senior lawyer seeking a step up. The ideal candidate will have a sterling track record obtained with a London or large regional practice, team management skills, c.5+ years PQE and an enthusiasm for business development and managing client relations.
