Job description

Randstad C&P are currently seeking a Mechanical or Electrical engineer to join the team in the Glasgow area. In this role you will play a vital role in carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working monday-friday, 40 hours per week.

Core responsibilities:

• To carry out planned and reactive maintenance
• Production of technical and situational reports as required
• Activity reports in line with company procedures
• Undertake reactive maintenance works as directed
• Escalate any major site issues or incidents
• Manage sub-contractors
• Actively participate in Health and Safety procedures under the company policy

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Critical Environments
• LV authorised person (bonus)
• Electrical/ Mechanical engineering apprenticeship
• 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation
• C&G test and inspection
• Excellent communication skills
• IT and report writing skills
