LMS Product Manager(Inside IR35)
Contract Term: 11 Months

As a LMS Product Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate with the Commercial Capability Teams to understand their specific business needs, challenges, and learning and accreditation processes.
- Contribute to the initiative by advising on scope, oversight, ownership, and roles, ensuring strategic alignment and effective stakeholder consultation.
- Support the procurement process by providing technical advice, assisting with drafting the RFP, and contributing to vendor evaluations.
- Address the human aspects of the project, promoting clarity, engagement, and smooth transition to the new service contract through effective change readiness techniques.
- Advise on the development of the Procurement Strategy, including bidder evaluation criteria and budget considerations, in collaboration with a specialist commercial team.
- Assist in ensuring a smooth transition and implementation to the new hosting and support contract, leveraging change management strategies to foster stakeholder buy-in and adoption.
- Facilitate collaboration with the chosen supplier for seamless integration and knowledge transfer.
- Support the ongoing relationship and change management with the supplier and internal stakeholders, advocating for continuous improvement.
You’ll have relevant experience in:
- Demonstrated expertise in IT procurement, particularly with SaaS solutions and managed services agreements, is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in contributing to complex platform procurement projects, with a focus on technical, security, and operational requirements of LMS systems.
- Expertise in change management methodologies and best practices, with experience in applying these in complex organisational settings.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, capable of building trust, and effectively communicating technical and change management needs across diverse groups.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to address concerns, align expectations, and support consensus-building for change initiatives.
- An understanding of project dynamics and the ability to work effectively within project teams, providing technical and change management advice.
- Experience in managing risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and changes in a project context.
- Ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders, employing coaching, negotiating, and influencing skills to achieve project outcomes.
- Experience with external parties, including suppliers and partners, advising on technical aspects that support procurement and transition processes.
- Flexibility, creativity, and self-motivation in approaching complex organisational issues, with a keen ability to ensure the delivery of project outcomes.
