Job description
What you will do in your working day
- Researching property law and case law
- Carrying out legal due diligence on properties
- Assisting solicitors with various tasks during the course of a property transaction
- Drafting correspondence, legal reports and legal documents under supervision
- Dealing with post completion formalities such as Land Registry applications
The training you will be getting
- Our training provider is BPP University and during your first 2 years you will work towards a Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship You will then carry on to complete the 4 year Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship.
- You’ll spend 4 days per week working for us and 1 day a week studying with the training provider
- You will be assigned a supervisor who will work with you on a daily basis assigning you tasks and giving training and feedback
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
- Once complete, you'll carry on to complete the 4 year Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship
- You’ll achieve a law degree and the assessment following this is the Solicitors Qualifying Exam
