Job title: Commercial Solicitor

Location: Reading (options for remote working)

Salary: £60-72k - depending on experience

PQE Level: 3+

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

This position will see you join one of the finest commercial teams in the Southeast, with international clients including US-owned companies acting frequently as sole legal counsel and advising on general day-to-day transactions alongside highly complex and high-profile matters. The team is also known for their friendly and ambitious lawyers with many seniors being leaders in their respective fields.

As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Handling a variety of high-profile work, including a wide range of licence agreements, commercial contracts, outsourcing agreements, joint venture agreements, IP, data protection and more.

Engaging in business development and assisting in the growth of the team.Working collaboratively with senior lawyers and partners on major projects.Demonstrating a commercial mindset and building strong working relationships with clients and team members.
