Job Title: BD/Project Manager
Location: Knowsley (L33 7TJ)
Salary: £40k+ (Negotiable)
Shifts: Monday- Thursday 08:30- 17:00, Friday 08:00- 16:30
Contract Type: Permanent
We are currently recruiting for a Business Development/Project Manager to join our client's rapidly expanding team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will define and plan projects, monitor and provide direction as well as researching and identifying new business opportunities.
As a BD/Project Manager your duties will be;
" Defining project goals - outlining specific objectives expected from a project.
" Planning projects - Develop/communicate the plan.
" Ensuring deadlines are met - work closely with the different departments to make sure no setbacks or difficulties arise. Troubleshooting skills are essential to rectify any problems.
" Monitoring and providing direction - Task prioritisation. Balance the needs against the available resources and the project deadline.
" Coordinating efforts across functions - Working closely with Sales, Marketing, operations & finance departments.
" Identify customer needs and the larger business objectives that a product will fulfil.
" Articulate what success looks like for a product/business.
" Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses.
" Responsible for helping to drive business growth in the company.
" Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
The successful BD/Project Manager will have the following skills;
" Product Management experience.
" Medical, Pharmaceutical or Chemical background would be advantageous.
" Must have BDM Experience.
" Experience working across functions (Marketing, sales, operations etc.)
" Entrepreneurial mindset.
" Highly ambitious.
" Strong commercial acumen.
" Troubleshooting skills.
" Strategic thinking.
Additional Information
" Hybrid role- 3 days office based and 2 days from home.
" Competitive salary £40k+ (Negotiable).
