CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to work for a large utilities company based in Perth.

ROLE : Customer Service Advisor

SALARY: £14 p/h, circa £27,000 per annum (PAYE)

JOB TYPE : 3 months with extension likely

LOCATION : Perth (Scotland)

HOURS : Full time, 37 hours, Monday to Friday

WORKING PATTERN : Hybrid working - currently 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. This is NOT a fully remote position .

THE ROLE:

• You will support the already customers ranging from both inbound and outbound telephony.

• You will support the already customers via email and website communications.

• You will check outbound/inbound customer letters.

• Data entry.

• Telephony experience is essential for this role.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

• Must be comfortable handling high volume of calls daily.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of utilities is desirable, although training will be provided.
• Good IT Skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
