Job description
To succeed in this role you will need to be self-motivated and a team player. As well as holding an Educational Mental Health Practitioner qualification, you will also have experience of working with children and young people and their families. With the role involving working with children and young people in their school setting, you will ideally have had experience of working with children and young people in a healthcare or education setting. The role involves working with school staff in order to support the mental health of children and young people, as well as liaising with a wide variety of agencies and stakeholders. As the role involves moving between school settings, you need to be able to travel to different locations across the geographical area you are linked to (either High Wycombe, Aylesbury or Chesham/Amersham) X 1 Aylesbury area role based at Sue Nicholls Centre Aylesbury X 2 High Wycombe area roles, both based at Saffron House, High Wycombe X1 Chesham/Amersham area role, based at Saffron House, High Wycombe
