We are looking for an IT Project Manager with SAP experience to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Intuition, Hawaiian Tropic, Banana Boat, Wet Ones, Bulldog Skincare, Cremo and recently acquired Billie… just to name a few!).

 
Let's Get Down To Business
Reporting to the IT Director (based in the US), you will lead high complexity large scale projects supporting the IT PMO. This role will work collaboratively with IT teams, and business stakeholders to deliver strategic IT deliverables and will drive projects through the project lifecycle from Initiation to Closure, while ensuring compliance and alignment with internal policies, governance, security, and business objectives. Show Us What You've Got
We are looking for the following skills and experience: 

 
• Significant experience in IT and/or platform delivery leadership role, developing and implementing innovative solutions and collaborating with business partners across various functions
• Experience in strategic IT project management, ideally within a Consumer Goods, Retail, or Commercial Business 
• Prior experience working with SAP
• Ability to set expectations with business partners and effectively leverage governance for a positive business partner experience
• Ability to listen and build rapport as a strategic partner within IT and business, with both leadership and functional owners
• Exceptional ability to lead change using positive and collaborative methods
• Ability to positively influence others and to break down organizational silos
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats 
• Strong leadership and consulting skills, combined with ability to identify, resolve, and escalate risks-- even if unpopular
• Maintain a high level of ownership for assigned projects and see work through to completion based on agreed timelines
• Project management skills; financial/budget management, scheduling, and resource management
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile (Scrum/SAFe) certification) is desirable 
• Prior experience working with vendors and procurement is desirable
