Gareth James, a leading estate agency brand with 3 offices across Peckham & Camberwell and Nunhead & Brockley, has an opening for a Sales Manager to take the reins of and build upon the sales team in place. They have been in business since 1994, are the winner of various British Property Awards and recently were the headline sponsor for Peckham Fringe. They have a great brand name and market awareness within South East London, helped by being the Fine & Country partner in the area.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team from the front and ensuring certain metrics and revenue targets are met. Your experience in building and maintaining high performance sales teams within estate agency will be paramount; as well as when it comes to business-critical decisions and increasing marketing and brand awareness throughout the core areas of business.

Previous experience in a similar estate agency role as a Sales Manager is a must-have.

What’s on offer:

· £35,000 - £40,000 base salary

· Bespoke commission package

· Team performance and revenue bonuses

Working schedule:

· 5 days per week, including Saturdays

· Day off in the week

· Based in our office on Queens Road
