Job description
As a Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of clients; ensuring they are engaged with CTI and it's multiple services, effectively communicated with and to track ongoing revenue generation and opportunities.

Reporting to the Strategic Business Lead, you will be responsible for providing the business with accurate information around the revenue forecast for that client, the scope of opportunity within each client and improve the health of our client relationships.
Overall ownership of client relationship and the client account plan
Understanding our client’s organisations - their objectives, target audiences, positioning, competitors, key challenges and problems we can help them solve
Establishing key opportunities for us to develop our work with our clients
Identification of client contacts. From day to day to senior level contacts within the business
Relationship building with all contacts within a client organisation.
Meeting with clients on site and/or hosting clients in our Manchester office on a regular basis
Production of regular reviews for retained clients with the emphasis on ideas and new initiatives to benefit the client and introducing the client to range of services we can provide
Responsible for the management of the pipeline of opportunities within the client portfolio
Ensuring financial targets are tracked and achieved in terms of revenue generated per client
Production of proposals and presentation documentation to assist in the selling of CTI services
Ensure that client contracts are up-to-date and renewed before expiration
Ensure that all engagements have signed work orders in place
Understand and document client budgeting periods to ensure that the right levels are put forward to cover ongoing support and new development projects
Managing our client records with our CRM and ensuring key opportunities, contacts and other details are up to date
Work closely with project management and production teams on the delivery of client projects. Identifying issues as early as possible and, where necessary, escalating to Strategic Business Lead to minimise commercial risk
Proven experience in a similar role with an agency - preferable
Excellent communication skills
The ability to build trusted client relationships with stakeholders at all levels within an organisation
Initiative to spot business opportunities based on a knowledge of the client and sector
Interpretation skills to understand client needs and respond appropriately
Ability to identify clear goals and action plans to achieve them
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Highly organised, calm and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organisation and time management skills, maintaining a high attention to detail
Ability to be flexible by adapting quickly to changing priorities, new approaches and methods
Broad knowledge of digital marketing and website development
Location: Our head office is Manchester city centre (Ancoats) - we adopt a hybrid working model (2 days in the office per week)
Salary: £35k - £40k
