It is an exciting time for Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire & Rescue , and we are looking for an individual with enthusiasm, customer-focus, and a range of digital learning skills to support our evolution into redeveloping our MOC competency learning. We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion in creating interactive, effective, and engaging e-learning.
With multi-media expertise , you will need to demonstrate end to end design of digital learning interventions and best practice in learning and instructional design . Have worked with different eLearning production software, such as Articulate 360 and Rise and converting content from different formats. You will understand adult learning theories and the opportunities and challenges this brings for blended learning and accessibility and have an understanding of operational development and a knowledge of the service Maintenance of Competence Scheme. You will enjoy working as part of a team and can communicate well with others, providing advice, support and challenge.
