Your new school
This fantastic Primary School based in Walsall is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join them in April. Receiving a "GOOD" in their last Ofsted report, this school strives to help and support everyone, developing a warm community feeling. They pride us on our pastoral care, but at the same time instil the importance of working as a team by following the high expectations of the school. They are always busy and enjoy trying out new and exciting activities and ventures.
Your new role
You will be working in a Year 2 class supporting a group of children with additional needs. The children do not have any challenging behaviour. You will be working from 8:30am - 3:30pm Monday-Friday, working closely with small groups and supporting the children on a 1:1 basis with basic literacy, numeracy and phonics interventions and feeding back to the teacher on their progression.
