We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our team in Manchester.

To ensure the efficient running of after sales work instructions, being the face to face representative for all customers and clients. To ensure all works are carried out in accordance with policies and procedures. To work closely with the Commercial Aftercare Team to ensure all of the above is undertaken and completed on time and in full.

What you'll be doing:

• Undertaking site visits and service calls to investigate or repair products.
• Complete hand over sheets.
• Attend to service calls of unoccupied plots, installing ODR and CCF goods to ensure plot completion
• Daily vehicle checks.
• Monitor worksheets saved along with raised jobs & inform Coordinator of any other equipment/ materials required to complete the job
• Undertaking inspections of manufactured products to company and supplier technical specifications.
  
• Providing technical advice and guidance to the company and its customers.
• Travelling regularly to various sites across England

You will have:

• Experience of working within the PVCU window & door industry both from a fitting and service standpoint.
• Working within a customer service facing role
• Experience of working with standards and technical specifications
• Ability to communicate at all levels.
• Able to produce detailed investigation reports
• Knowledge of Standards & Specifications.
• Valid CSCS card as you will be working on live sites
• Full UK Driving Licence

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependant on experience

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
